Default Thinking of relocating to centralia area with autistic daughter

Hello, My husband and I are thinking of moving to the Centralia area. my husband was born and raised in Washington, and left for Ca. 27 years ago. We are currently living in the central area of California. And our property is on the market. It is too hot here. 98 today. I am looking for a town with mild summers, a large property at least ten acres, (have lots of animals), but most importantly I am looking for a place where my autistic 4 year old will get a good education. I want to raise her and my other daughter 21 months in a good friendly small town. Any ideas/suggestions would be so appreciated.

Hi tormama. I don't have personal experience with your request, but you might find this C-D post of value to you. The writer is speaking of the Camas which is near Vancouver WA and Portland OR:
