Default moving to Moses Lake, need info

I'd like any info on schools, elementary, middle, high. This is a very short notice move and I do not have a lot of time to do my own exploring.
Any areas to avoid for living? I've heard to stay away from the base and the college. Anything else?
What are good areas to live but not over priced?
Best restaurants in town? Ones to avoid?
In general, I'd love any information you have! I've been trying to read through the threads to find information but some of it seems old.
Thanks!

Moses Lake? Who in their right mind would want to live in such a desolate place? The only good thing I can think of about Moses Lake is a stop to refuel or eat along I-90.

Lots of real interesting country around Moses Lake. If you are into the outdoors you will enjoy it.

In the long run at some point in time Moses Lake will boom. There are to many economic advantages to the area. Unfortunately, the state of Washington does not push economic development east of the Cascades.

The state is run by Boeing, Microsoft, and Weyerhauser in that order...none of which have a presence in eastern Washington. But slowly the eastern Washington is starting to realize that they need to go it alone.

If your into urban living....well stick to seattle and the wet side.
