Smile Moving to Clearwood
My husband and I just recently purchased a house in clearwood and wanted to know what the regulations are regarding a vinyl fence. Does anyone know. I know a wood fence is required but we would like a vinyl fence. Could someone point me in the right direction.

hdfig, are you talking about clearwood the gated community near Yelm? I think they have specific bylaws on what can be built. You should have something like a CC&R to review. We had looked at that area when we were looking for a home but for a lot of different reasons we decided the community wasnt for us. But beautiful area.
