I assume J.Z. has channeled Ramtha to ask him, and has learned that it won't happen there in her lifetime. And you thought that being a Ramster had no tangible benefits!

(I don't buy that you make it all up as you go along. Cats you are wise and modest!)

Over the years, this is the most instructive map I've found. It appears that the expected lahar and lava flows are most likely to occur in the carved-out valleys that have seen the flows in times past. Paths of least resistence, you know?

I'm so glad that Yelm doesn't appear to be affected disastrously, as I have a number of dear clients who bought homes there. This is interesting stuff! Thanks for posting the two informative websites.

I live in the foothills of the mighty Mount Rainier, I really don't even think aboiut it. If I did think about it, I counld'nt live in this beautiful place I call home! A town called Orting, You may have seen us on that show. We'd have 45 minutes to evac. over 5,000 people on a 2 lane road. Not good times!! But it sure is pretty here!!

Woah!
I had NO IDEA something so beautiful was hiding such a scary secret!
I can quite imagine if I lived near Mt Rainier I'd be oblivious to the danger of an erruption though, it's so beautiful there it's mesmerizing.
