Is Maple Falls a decent town to live in? Does anyone have any information on this and/or the subdivision of Paradise Lakes? Thanks!

I have checked the net for what the cities post, but I feel that they are certainly going to only put in positives. I was looking for input from those that have lived, do live, or know the town itself and its pros and cons. Thanks.
