Default Gig Harbor rental question for owners/property Management
are there any or certain property management companies I need to steer clear of? Can one go by photos alone and rent via internet and mail/fax or should we fly in to inspect the home?
If anyone with a 3-4 bedroom, 2+ bath home for rent would like to send me a direct message I would appreciate it.

MGM and Compass are pretty reputable companies. Flying in is always going to be safer. Feel free to ask about any specific neighborhoods if you find one you like.
