Default Graham or close

We are currently planning a move to the Graham or close by area. Can anyone give me some idea of what rent is approx.? We need 3 bedrooms and a large yard for our 2 dogs.

Also a safe area? We are elderly mother, two middle age daughters. So we want to avoid an unsafe area.

We have our own vehicles, so we do not need to be near a public transport. Is there such thing as a rural area rental? An old farmhouse type thing. We can do our own carpentry and fixin' up. One of us is a carpenter.

Anyway, I am trying to get as much info as possible on living arrangements.

thanks in advance for ya'lls help!
