Commuting from Silverdale to Bainbridge Island (to buy, construction, live)

I am originally from Silverdale. We are considering a possible move back.
My family still lives in the area so I am aware of and familiar with all of the changes that have occurred over the years.
I am wondering what is a realistic commute time from Silverdale to Bainbridge is these days.
Possible Job on Bainbridge so no ferry commute needs to be considered.

I suppose it will depend on which part of Silverdale you're coming from and where on Bainbridge your're going to but to give you a rough idea of a trip that we've made dozens of times: Travel from the Silverdale Costco (good place to buy gas!) to the "get in line" lane for the Bainbridge ferry terminal usually takes us about 30-35 minutes in zero to minor traffic and 35-45 minutes in modest traffic. I think 30-45 minutes each way would be a reasonable "guess-timate" for you, again depending on origin and destination, weather, road construction and the likes.
