Default Builder in Dupot

My family and I are moving to the Tacoma area b/c my husband will be doing his residency at Madigan Army hospital. He wants to live close enough to ride his bike to work everyday for exercise. So I'm thinking Dupot is our best bet. My question is; is anyone familiar with any home builders in that area that isn't Quadrant homes? Thanks for your time.

DuyouD.O.

The majority of the homes in Dupont are Quadrant homes. There were some quality homes built by Zetterberg (custom builder) during the initial phases. Centex builds upper-end large homes in Dupont's Bell Hill neighborhood. Pageantry (a NW local builder) built small homes and town homes in the Black Hawk and Spyglass neighborhoods and are planning another batch of town homes and carriage homes in Dupont's Madera (Johnson Hill) community.

If you're trying to avoid Quadrant homes, another option might be to look for the older homes in the original Dupont village. They don't come on the market often, but there currently is one listed on the MLS.

Regards,

Sandy
