WeMet is on a distinguished road
Default Olalla

Hello,

I work in Tacoma and rent in Gig Harbor. We're thinking of moving to Olalla. Does any one know what the community is like out there? I know its small and rural, but that's about it.

Thank you for your time,

You've about nailed it! There's a fairly diverse style of housing, from manufactured homes to gorgeous estate style homes. Not much in the way of services, but close enough to GH that it's not an issue. Lots of acreage and privacy. You'll hear rumors of meth labs and things like that. There has been some history of that, but the majority of Olalla is gorgeous farm country. Schools are pretty good, but Kitsap tends to lack funding which can hurt.
