They started plowing on April 11th. Does anyone know typically how many days or weeks it takes to open?

Normally, they tend to open in mid to late May.

Default chinook opening

the opening is almost always targeted for the end of may, however this can very depending on late weather. Remember the safety of the crews AND the safety of traveling public and visitors is MOST important!!
