Default What can you tell me about Seattle Pacific University?

I have recently been accepted to SPU's graduate school and I just wanted to know of any information I can get about the school from people who live in the Seattle area. I have thoroughly checked out their website but I would like to know of any info that may not be mentioned there. Positive and negative info is welcome!

I got my Masters in Ed from SPU 8 years ago. Love the campus, love the area, had some struggles with the school. Like any school, there were some good profs and a few not so good ones. I think my biggest struggle was with what seemed to me to be a lack of communication. There were too many people "in charge" and they didn't seem to agree. It left us all curious as to whether or not we were on track to get done what we needed to get done.
Overall, I was happy with my time there. I appreciate the education from a Christian worldview. It's a well respected school, so a degree from there carries some weight, but I think that's true for most Seattle schools.

I've been accepted into their School Counseling program. Thanks for the input! I'll definitely keep that in mind!
