Could someone please tell me if Pecks Dr. is in South Everett?

I believe 41st is the border between North and South Everett, and if so, then yes. My MIL lives near Pecks Dr. Others may say the Boeing Access freeway, and in that case, no.

thanks for the info-- the reason I asked was every post about Everett seems to refer to the South side as being the better part of town. We are moving to Everett later this year and our house is on Pecks Dr. Thnx again....
