Huh. This stuff is happening all over the U.S. PacNW isn't the only place that has crazy things like this happen.

On the other side of the coin, we are flying out to the Seattle area for an interview for my wife. They are paying her airfare AND 1 night in a hotel. She put her resume up online at 10:00 pm at night and by lunch that next day she had 26 voicemails and 13 additional emails clambering for her attention.

It is typically harder to find a job in Tacoma. Most will commute to other areas for work and live in Tacoma. Like for me I work in IT so for me to find a job I would have to drive to Seattle...

Wow, what does she do? I want my services to be that much in demand...

well try applying for the Puyallup fair,you can make 8.55 an hour,wow and only a temp job-oh wait 4000 people applied the first day,sorry,well maybe Wendys oh no, sorry no job openings there either
