Default Tacoma Apartment Question
Does anyone have any experience/opinions about Village at the Pointe apartments in North Tacoma or Carriage House apartments in University Place?

Are the Village at the Pointe ones the ones off of Narrows Drive? If so, I had a friend live there for a while and had no problems. Not sure where Carriage House is.

Carriage House is off of 27th St W in UP (by UP Primary). Village at the Pointe used to be 55+ community, and it's off of N 33rd St, near Pearl St and close to Vassault Park and Westgate North shopping center.

Village at the Pointe is partially converted to condos. The insides had pretty nice finishes and the grounds were very clean. Seemed like a nice to place to rent or own.

I'm going to add StonePointe in UP, Narrows Creek Townhomes in Tacoma, or Harbor Oaks in Steilacoom to this thread. Does anyone have any opinions or experience with these apartments or townhouses? I haven't read great reviews for StonePointe on a ratings website, but I wanted to check here as well. Thanks in advance.

They're both dull, suburban, characterless subdivisions. No way to tell them apart, other than their fairy tale names...
