Try the Glover Mansion in Spokane and Davids Bridal has a once a year $99 wedding dress sale every year. You would have to call them to find out when it is. JC Penny also has a surprisingly good wedding dress salon. The styles are current, the prices are reasonable, but the fabrics are not always top notch. They will make you look great, but your daughter may not want to wear this dress 20 years from now.

If you want a small wedding, the Westport Maritime Museum has a lens house that has a fresnel lens hanging under a skylight. It's beautiful, only a big enough space for about 50 people. It costs $125 to rent it out all day & you can cater it yourself (a lot of places require you use their caterer. I know a few people that got married there, really pretty. The site itself is right across from the Marina and on a beautiful grassy lawn. Their website isn't much, but its pretty in person. They also have larger room that is not as pretty, but that can hold about 130 people.

I would look at Woodinville. There are many wineries in that area, and there is a beautiful place called the Old Hollywood Hill Schoolhouse (now a reception hall) in woodinville- a popular place for receptions. There is a great restaurant behind the school house that can cater- so everything is close together. Also a beautiful place for pictures!
