Default where to open a small pastry shoppe in Everett?

Hello everyone, I am a single mom 2 boys 15, 16. I am planning to relocate to Everett in a few months. I would like to open a small pastry shoppe. Woud anyone have ay suggestions where a good location would be for a Pastry Shoppe. I have seen an ad for space on Evergree Way.. Suggestions would be most helpful. THank you

Depending on the type of establishment that you want to open I would say that the downtown area would best be suited for you. There are lots of really cute cafes coffee shops and the like in the streets between Broadway and Grand. This just seems like a better place for a pastry shop considering you get much more foot traffic from the local office buildings and the college.

Oh, and when I said "depending on what type of establishment" I was assuming that you wanted open a smaller, specialty pastry shop. If you are thinking a more commercial, high quantity shop, then Evergreen would be perfect.
