Default Hertitage Park housing develpoment in Tacoma???
Technically hertitage park is in Tacoma, but it is like Twin Lakes to me. Does anyone live there, or know somwone who does? My wife drove through there yesterday and fell inlove with the neighborhood. There were 6 houses for sale and we were curious if there are usually homes for sale in developement. We will be looking to but in 4-6 months but are worries there will not be a home in that area. Any thoughts?

PReal estate prices have begun to stabelize in parts western WA in the past month or two, however it is still a buyers market out there. That is likely to continue until the job market begins to pick up. We have lost a lot of skilled MFG and professional financial jobs.

We moved to Heritage Park last year and are happy with the neighborhood and the neighbors.
