The hill top (for sale, houses, yard)

I called 911 today and reported two suspicious people in the alley they were obviously up to know good looking into back yards up and down the alley and the kicker the female had like a one gallon gas can and 10 feet away I have a 5 gallon gas can I was in my back door when they spotted me. They continued after they thought I had gone. I told the operator the description and where they were going, also telling her they were trespassing on a house for sale and says it in the window and has been broken into many time Ive been told. We had a break in a few houses from me but they kept that on the hush for some strange reason. Maybe they didn't come because I have a criminal record from 11 years ago but I do recall tpd saying break ins were there top priority. Im like the only person on the block during the day I take pride in knowing my neighbors and minding my business unless I see something wrong. So if tpd were to come to my door tomorrow Id have nothing to say to them. I often see them parked the usual way car to car on 19th there is a precinct on 15th I dont believe it is the color of my skin but makes me wonder if my family was attack how long it would take them? They tresspassed in my yard looking for bullets in my wall first of all you dont think I would know if a bullet hit my house. So fair or unfair treatment?
