Default Questions about neighborhoods in SHELTON
Anyone have any info on Turner Hill/Turner Avenue in Shelton? There are a few houses for sale in the area that we are thinking about taking a look at.

Turner ave is one of the nicer areas in Shelton. It's pretty solidly middle class but like many parts of Shelton you can find some dumpy houses right beside pretty nice ones. The general rule is the farther you go up the hill, the better it gets. Turner ave is fairly well maintained but the side streets, like many in Shelton, are in very poor condition and there are NO sidewalks making neighborhood walking not very pedestrian friendly.

How is the Hillcrest area in Shelton, WA?

Holman street/fairmount/Elinor avenue area, etc?

I have lived on the hillcrest part of town my entire life.. if you have kids.. they will probably get a few good friends that live near them and will have them the rest of their lifes. It is a great part of town. There are some bad parts. but it is very comfortable
