Exclamation Bad credit rentals?

Does anyone know of any people/places that will let you rent if you have bad credit? I know some places just charge extra and months up front, I just don't know where in Washington they are.

Money is not a issue.. We pay $1550 a month here! $100 short of my friends mortgage on their HOUSE. So I was just wondering if anyone in the same situation had any advice or tips.

I am hoping for at least a 3 bedroom, prefer 2 baths.. It does not matter if it is apartment, house or condo.. just no a trailer. We do have a little one that will start school next year and 2 others about to start college so needs to be in a safe neighborhood (although the entire NW coast is relatively safe compared to where we are now) Anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

The only place you'll get with bad credit, felony or arrest record are slumlords in bad neighborhoods like Lakewood, WA. No nice, family neighborhood (University Place for instance) will let anyone in without being "perfect" person. That's reality, and that reality will have too change. God bless you and if anything, an RV Park, but even those are doing background checks.

I don't have any felonies or arrests or anything like that.. That would render my nursing license useless . I saw plenty or places on Craigslist (that did not look like bad locations) however I do not live over there to know for sure I currently live in Virginia. I made this thread to see if anyone knew of any locations that are not so strict, maybe your complex you're in now, maybe your neighbor is desperately trying to rent.. you get the idea?

Also, I do not mean downtown Seattle and I don't need to be in the most expensive location either. I just need a respectable place to rent from for a while and like I said there are many on craigslist posted daily that are not RV Parks.. where did you get that from?

Research on Google and Craigslist. The apartments that rent to low income, felons, bad credit (or a mixture of all or a few) are in gang infested neighborhoods. In Montana, it's like this: "Got money? Got a job or any income? Cool, you're in!"

In WA my tax-free income was not proof of income, even though it was 400-600 a week! I was looking to rent places for 700.00, or so, per month.

Hey, the TSA, Homeland Security, and Socialist GOV want to make it so people with less than perfect credit can't fly. They want people broke, homeless, and put in FEMA internment camps. Homeless rates have tripled in one year.
