Exclamation Bad credit rentals?

Does anyone know of any people/places that will let you rent if you have bad credit? I know some places just charge extra and months up front, I just don't know where in Washington they are.

Money is not a issue.. We pay $1550 a month here! $100 short of my friends mortgage on their HOUSE. So I was just wondering if anyone in the same situation had any advice or tips.

I am hoping for at least a 3 bedroom, prefer 2 baths.. It does not matter if it is apartment, house or condo.. just no a trailer. We do have a little one that will start school next year and 2 others about to start college so needs to be in a safe neighborhood (although the entire NW coast is relatively safe compared to where we are now) Anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

The only place you'll get with bad credit, felony or arrest record are slumlords in bad neighborhoods like Lakewood, WA. No nice, family neighborhood (University Place for instance) will let anyone in without being "perfect" person. That's reality, and that reality will have too change. God bless you and if anything, an RV Park, but even those are doing background checks.

I don't have any felonies or arrests or anything like that.. That would render my nursing license useless . I saw plenty or places on Craigslist (that did not look like bad locations) however I do not live over there to know for sure I currently live in Virginia. I made this thread to see if anyone knew of any locations that are not so strict, maybe your complex you're in now, maybe your neighbor is desperately trying to rent.. you get the idea?

Also, I do not mean downtown Seattle and I don't need to be in the most expensive location either. I just need a respectable place to rent from for a while and like I said there are many on craigslist posted daily that are not RV Parks.. where did you get that from?

Research on Google and Craigslist. The apartments that rent to low income, felons, bad credit (or a mixture of all or a few) are in gang infested neighborhoods. In Montana, it's like this: "Got money? Got a job or any income? Cool, you're in!"

In WA my tax-free income was not proof of income, even though it was 400-600 a week! I was looking to rent places for 700.00, or so, per month.

Hey, the TSA, Homeland Security, and Socialist GOV want to make it so people with less than perfect credit can't fly. They want people broke, homeless, and put in FEMA internment camps. Homeless rates have tripled in one year.

From what i have seen you can get almost any house/apt you want. But you will pay more deposits and perhaps more rent.

I I have two children and I have a voucher my old slumlord landlord filed for bankruptcy after I before I signed, the lease and I didn't know about it at all when I signed the lease a week later I got a paper in the mail stating I can't ask for my $1500 deposit back and I've been there 5 yrs I stayed a yr after til my lease was up and then moved it's hard, finding a place I have felonie 9yrs ago which doesn't matter and eviction 7 yrs ago and bad credit you think with section. Guarantee they would say ok your in but now my landlord who charged me $500 for a cleaning fee in which I have proof I cleaned the heck out of the place and also he has been telling the landlords I have tried to apply for idk what! Because they are coming back negative but the reason I moved out was because of him he kept taking advantage of me being a single mom he did that to everyone that moved out. I lived at 3565 so gst # b tacoma wa 98418 be careful I tried to warn people when they moved in to not make him mad be nice or he will find any reason to charge. He didn't want me to move and look what happened,to me!

This is true at most, but not all rentals. A bad credit rating or bankruptcy will probably cost you an additional deposit. Years ago, hardly anyone checked. Today it is almost a given that they will run a credit check.
