Good Day to all,
We are moving to Washington state and during a recent tour of the northwest area and after a visit to Orcas island would really really ;ike to move out to San Juan or Orcas. My job does not require that I travel to an office every day in fact I usually travel to worksites about 2-4 times a month. We currently live in a resort area with limited access roads so we are used to the isolation although not as isolated as an island. We have contacted the local realtors but I also value very highly local input. We are a family of three myself, my wife, & my son (21 and unemployed) + an 8 year old Border Collie and a domestic cat.
We would like to get something in the $1000.00 a month range but could go a little more if right for us.
Any help would be appreciated. We are currently planning a trip up to look at properties and complete documents late this week or early next week
