Default realtor recommendations---everett/north of seattle area
Any recommendations for a realtor that is really good at selling homes in the area north of seattle...like Everett? I need someone aggressive and savvy to get the job done (especially in this market...as I'm sure anyone else selling needs). Any honest advice would be much appreciated (and not from realtors themselves).
