Hello everyone, i'm new here but I have already learned a lot about my destination! Everyone is so helpful. I apologize if this subject has been picked apart, but I truly need some guidance. I have searched the internet so much that I think google is going on strike against me! I need some answers from people who have been there & seen it.
My husband and I are moving to Whidbey Island in about 3 weeks, so now we have the overwhelming prospect of finding a place to live without actually being able to see it. A lot of apartment complexes don't have pictures, and some of the ones that do look a bit outdated.
If you have personally lived in the area, or know anything about the layout of the area, could you please recommend specific apartment complexes for me to check into?
If the details make any difference, I would really prefer a ground level, 2BR with water included, with a short commute to the Navy Base. We can't afford much more than 800/mo.
Thanks in advance! My daughter will be born in 5 days and then we have to pack up and move from North Alabama---i'm a bit overwhelmed!!!
