Those two towns were in our final list too. That was three years ago. We chose Poulsbo and bought a house intown, 5-6 blocks from the downtown area--we're just a short walk to the waterfront also. We love living here! Do a search for Poulsbo and I'm sure you'll find many posts (mine and others) describing life here. We liked Langley too, and now live close enough to visit!
