Default Is the Market going to Drop??

We are planning on moving up to Washington. Should I wait to buy a house in the fall or wait unitl next year? I was told the housing market is going to drop, is that true?? HELP!!

hi again, teresawl. I'm not trying to offend you in any way but I just don't want to have too many threads going on the same subject. We've had some heated discussions on the Washington forum in the past pertaining to this subject so you can also search for those threads ...if you can't find them, I'll try to give you links to them later.
