As for me my most and least favorite is anything but normal!!
My least favorite is sunny and 20F and my most favorite is anything above freezing with low cloud ceilings, grey skies and rain--the Oregon and Washington Coast as well as the British Isles are perfect!
20F is my least favorite temperature as well. It is cold enough to wish it were summer but not so cold that it is interesting. Once it gets below 0F it is sooo cold that it becomes facinating and I get very excited. Then at 40 below (is that C or F ) my excitement peaks as long as I have a Canada Goose Parka! Once below -40 my excitement would wane again since it would become simply unbearable!
My most favorite weather is sunny, extremely hot, and extremely dry.
My least favorite weather is hot and humid, cloudy, and extremely cold.
Most favourite weather: 40 °F to 60 °F (4 °C to 16 °C, more or less), windy, overcast and drizzly
Least favourite weather: below 15 °F (-9 °C) (especially if windy) or above 85 °F (29 °C) (especially if humid and/or sunny)
Favorite(s): summer: cool, foggy mornings followed by mid to high 60sF and brilliant sunshine. Winter: pounding rain for 2-3 days followed by a crisp, sunny day to dry things out a bit.
Least favorite(s): summer: hot (90s-100sF), dry, windy. Winter: snow. I HATE snow with a passion and honestly I'd much rather have the heat I just listed over snow and cold for months on end.
My favorite weather is cold and snowy in the winter, hot in the summer. Mild spring and fall.
I hate constant weather, as in January and July are indistinguishable. And drought. I HATE DROUGHT.
