Greetings all, have just comes back from a week at my parents' place, a nice little holiday Weather up there was about -3/-10C and completely blue skies the first few days with everything looking stunningly beautiful and one of the coldest Christmases in living memory, then a much more normal rain/sleet/fog with day and night temperatures a slushy 2C. Now back in London and an average 6C and overcast/drizzly day feels almost tropical. I can even get away with wearing a mere two layers and one pair of socks in my flat for the first time in some weeks.
