7.1C at 1pm after a low of 1.1C, 7/8 cloud cover and the ground damp, with a very slight breeze. You could hardly get more average and boring if you tried.
Time for me to actually start taking notice of the weather forecast because it never seems to be the same for more than about 12 hours. When I got in at 6pm it was overcast but completely calm and dry, now rainy and with a howling wind at 9pm, temperature 5.6C.
Hasn't been above freezing here at least a few days (maybe since Wednesday?). And don't see it warming up freezing for a week or longer. Brr.
I remember you saying the average low in your town in January was -10C, what's the average high?
