Things are still very hot here in Texas, with record-setting highs in some places where I am right now, and that's in the Houston area for this week. We are definitely challenging the 1980 records as we go through the month. And here in Houston, as in other places, records are being set for consecutive days of 100 or higher.
Those of you on the site that would like to know the difference between dew points and relative humidity here is your perfect chance to see them in action. Dew Points are what you use to measure how humid a place is.

It's just stopped raining, but the sky just as dark as in November and only 15.6C/60F at 2.15pm, today's high 17.1C/63F, no sun so far today as I've noticed.
6.45am 0C/32F 61%RH expecting 14C/57F.
Clear, with a cold breeze.
