Windy, maximum sustained wind today was 21 MPH and the gust is 30 MPH. Meanwhile in the north of Scotland, maximum sustained winds of 58 MPH.

We do get ex-hurricanes in this country (usually much weaker by the time they get here) but according to the TV forecast it will go towards Iceland and only the far northwestern parts of Scotland will feel any of its impact at all, and wet/windy up there is standard weather anyway.
