Actually it is up to individual states to decide whether they want to adjust their time or not. Arizona is the only state not observing DST.

I believe Hawaii also does not observe DST.

As I said earlier, I just really wish they'd pick either standard or daylight time and stick with it! Someone said Russia just did that this year. We should here, too!

Sweet. I love being able to get up late but then you get used to it and go to bed later so it is wash.

But for some reason I don't really mind dark mornings. I'm basically on autopilot anyway - wake up-shower-coffee-take train. No real opportunities to enjoy daylight.

As far as I know, Russia still changes their time but they moved some places from one time zone to another this year or last year. Or they eliminated one time zone entirely. But IIRC people still change their clocks twice a year.

Personally, I do wish that they'd just stick to Daylight time year round. That way we get the latest sunsets and not lose so much afternoon.
