I think Myrtle Beach's record low is 4 F set in 1985, but I'm not sure which site it was taken at.

That is to cold for me. I would love to live in a place where it never gets below 60, 70 would be excellent, but I am willing to go as low as 60. So, Myrtle Beach would be out of the question for me. I a couple of hours from the beach so out temp would be the same and I don't like it here, so I know I wouldn't like it there. Thanks anyway.

That's a tall order. Even Miami gets below 60 frequently (in fact in January it's average min is below 60F).
Within the states, your only options are either Hawaii or the territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands)

Looks like you need to move to an island in the Pacific or Indian right on the equator. Even Singapore at 1N has gone below 70F once, record low is 67F.
Nowhere in the U.S. including all of its territories is there a place that's never dropped below 70F, Saipan in the Northern Marianas has recorded 66F and Guam has dropped to 59F, Puerto Rico has recorded 60F and the U.S. Virgin Islands record low is 52F. Hawaii drops into the high 50s every 5-10 years or so.

OP needs to lower her standards! You could count on the fingers of one hand the number of places in the entire world (for which there is reliable long-term data available) that have never recorded a temp below 70 F. In fact, I'm only aware of one such place (in Kiribati).

Most equatorial climates like Amazon, Congo, Singapore etc. should be able to match what she's looking for

That's interesting. Where did you see/read that? The lowest I can find for USVI is 57 F. I know Hawaii has record lows in the upper 40's, but I didn't think that the USVI ever get that cool.

It's from Wikipedia which may not be totally accurate but it's close. Where in Hawaii at sea level has record lows in the 40s?

Manaus at 3N, in the heart of the Amazon has recorded high 50s before (believe it or not, but it's decades before it even drops below 72F), as well as Kinshasa at 4N in the Congo. Singapore has dropped into the high 60s.

I think the only places that have never dropped below 70F would be islands within 5 degrees of the equator in the Pacific or Indian, such as Kiribati and the Seychelles.
