This is a hard question to answer, but I would have to say yes (summer a bit longer and warmer would be nice). I've lived in places that were too hot, and places that were too cold, so I know what I dislike ,rather than what I really like. The key for me is having a climate that allows a comfortable outdoors lifestyle 12 months of the year, so I'm happy with the climate here.
In NZ, going to live in Australia is an option ( and vice versa ) if you want a different climate. People from the UK and the EU also have a range of choice if their climate is not to their liking.

I've learned to get used to the cold, and I like snow. But I wish winter was shorter. Milder would be nice, perhaps more like mid-Atlantic / NYC winter.

Born, raised, and still living in Seattle. Not my ideal climate but not horrible either.
If winters could be about 5 to 10 degrees colder and snowier, summers about 10 degrees warmer, and fall and winter just about where they already are, and a few more sunny days per year and less drizzle, well then it would be much closer to perfect! But then again I keep thinking about Alaska too! Fairbanks specifically seems like somewhere I'd like to try living for a while.

Moved here and it's probably as close to my ideal as is possible. I suppose if I could shorten the winter by a few weeks and give those over to spring and fall it would be perfect, but as it is I'm content.

Yes and No, technically I do live in my ideal climate (the Cfa climate classification) but this isn't my ideal climate, I'd rather be near the tropical boundary as opposed to the continental boundary. So my answer is "No, and I intend to move to somewhere with better weather".
I do not like Winter at all and I want a Summer longer than 3-4 months.

Questions don't really apply to me exactly! Born/raised in NE Illinois, moved to NE Wisc. almost 4 yrs. ago. I like the midwest climate, love being blocks from Lake Michigan but I moved for a smaller town, less traffic, safety, definitely not for the weather but I don't mind it!

My definition of "ideal" is constantly changing, so I doubt I'll ever live in one. Thus, being in a climate in which I'm content (which I believe is complaining about the weather for only 2-3 weeks out of the year at the most) is more of an issue to me.

But there are so many things to do when you have 4 distinct seasons to entertain yourself with. There are things you can do in the summer that you can't do in the winter and vice versa.
When I was in the Military, I was stuck in an area of a single climate. San Diego. The difference between winter and summer was the number of days it rained. I got bored. Did the summer things and enjoyed them, but really missed the winter things. There's nothing like hunting in the snow, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, etc. The wildlife is different, or should I say they act different. During the summer, the wildlife that is out and abundant is not the same wildlife you see in the winter.
I need 4 seasons and this area is outstanding for that.
