With these kinds of nighttime temps it would nearly be impossible to maintain a "Dry" climate. Your monsoon season would actually start in May or June and it would be very similar to the situation in South Florida.
As for me, I like humid climates and the winter temps seem like they would ensure that.

Actually, Dakar, Senegal (http://www.worldweather.org/048/c00244.htm) has almost no rainfall in June, which is 2 months prior to its moonson season. It's at the same latitude, yet cooler, and has a similar difference between its lows and highs its dry winter Actually, Dakar was my main inspiration for this climate Thanks for comments!
D...I do not like tropical climates. They are boring. The winters are nowhere near cold enough for me and the sping, fall, and summer is too hot for me. If it wasn't for the massive amounts of sunshine, I would give it an F. 10 hours of sunshine a day on average is really nice.
