Just because a select-few days are sunny, doesn't mean the climate itself is sunny.

I know. I was just having some fun.
Anyway, I give Seattle a C+ as opposed to Portland's B- because it is cooler for most of the year. Portland gets consistent summer warmth as well, rarely getting a day below 70ºF/21ºC and usually being above 75ºF/24ºC. I'm not the biggest fan of t-storms but Portland got a big multi-day storm this June, not that either city frequently gets them.
Does Seattle get many summer days below 70ºF/21ºC?
