Another really nice climate in Africa. Similar to Brisbane (although actually further south) but with warmer winters and slightly cooler summer days.

A bit more temperature variation (cooler winters) and I'd rate it a 5.

The precipitation averages look just about perfect to me.

Solid 4.

5 for me. Winters are warm and frost is unknown. That's enough for it to score top points in my book.

If it was around 2,600 and based on the range, would give it a B+ (or even A-). More sunshine would firmly entrench it in the A range.

If so I would also give it a B+. Not an A, as I prefer lower humidities year-round.

The record low is 37, which is amazing when compared to the cities in the US at the same latitude. Jacksonville, FL comes to mind and the record low is 7 F at sea level at latitude 30. That is mind blowing to me. And it is not from 100 years ago, but from 1985.

Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands is slightly lower down, 28 latitude or thereabouts, and I know it's an island too, but it's even milder - the record low is 50F, presumably a record for its latitude? It's known by Europeans as a winter holiday destination with almost guaranteed sunshine and warm weather.

I would give it an A, with A+ reserved for even higher sunshine. I like the low rainfall.

Would give it a 4, everything is good except for the humidity and amount of rain... is there anywhere on earth with a less then 500 mm of rain year round with a 30 celsius high in summer and a 23 in winter?
