There is one wicked of a storm going on in DT Cleveland.
We have had 4 inches of rain in the past hour.
Major flooding and hail.

A concentrated severe thunder cell is right now sitting over Cleveland.
With 60 mph wind gusts going eastward.
With this being rush hour there have been numerous accidents.
This is extended till 5:15 pm

There have been 100 lightning strikes per 30 minutes.
75 lightning strikes in the past 10 mins.
