I'm hesitating between D+ or C-.

EDIT: wasn't Hilo, Hawaii basically similar to this?
Almost the same, both have over 3000mm of rain, but Puerto Limons average minimums are on average 3-4C warmer than Hilo 23C vs 19C, maximums are only slightly warmer than Hilo- 28 vs-27C yearly average.
Not as offensively hot as some places (eg Bangkok, Singapore), but still too hot overall.
Ok for a holiday, but with the ceiling fans or airconditioning on all night.
Rating D.

A little too wet, but daily highs look quite nice. It would always be in the 80's and overnight lows would be a little warm. The rainfall would be the issue. However, as I tropical climate, perhaps much of this rainfall would come down in quick downpours. B- or so.
