C. Don't like the summer lows, way too cold. Highs aren't flash either, and I'm guessing hardly any storm activity. But gains points for sunshine.

It looks like you agree with the thrust of the "Climate Best by Government Test" slogan. If the people running that study for the U.S. government were like me, they would have found the best climates to be in Alaska, Labrador, and Sweden, rather than California and North Africa .
I gave it an A. Near perfect much of the year for me. I wonder what rating you would give Phoenix or Miami<g>

D- for being too warm year round. ONLY thing saving from an F are those nice, dry summers. I am, most unfortunately, already used to wet and rainy winters, and D- is also what I assign to Seattle.

For California, I like Redding, Yreka, and South Lake Tahoe much better. (And the only reason Redding is on there is because there is a chance for snow there, and I think their rain comes more in downpours given the city's high sunshine hours throughout the year).
