I feel no difference in a more humid environment than in a less humid one.

Eh, you just put on more clothes is all.

I live in Florida, and going to work in the winter, I put on a T-shirt, a flannel shirt, a sweatshirt or sweater, then a jacket, a hat and gloves...

then once I get to work I take everything off but the T-shirt...because I'm going to be sweating soon enough.

No snow in Florida. We get the freezing temps without the snow. Ask the orange farmers how often they have to watch for a freeze.
