B. This would be a very nice climate, despite winter being warmer than I prefer. Some lovely plants come from Norfolk Island.
Too bad it isn't a part of NZ, as it is a lot closer to us than Australia. Norfolk and Lord Howe are the reason Australia is our closest neighbor, rather than New Caledonia.

Very much like Madeira. I quite like it, even though its record maximum temperature is even lower than it is here! I give it a B, because my preference is for greater extremes.
One of the most pleasant climates of the world temp-wise, but too humid and drizzly. Still, Norfolk is one of the most unique beautiful islands in the world. And it always amazed me that here there is a Norfolk pine just one block away from me, wich are quite common here for gardening. So, a tree endemic of a remote island zillion of kilometers away can be seen planted in my city. Miracles of the human exchange!
