Summers are far too chilly, especially at night. Winters are way too cold. Giving this one a D. At least it beats tropical heat.

I have a feeling that most cities that match your climate preferences will have that problem. Not that there is a huge list of such "cities" in the first place

I don't mind cold weather, but this is just terrible. -36 F for an average HIGH??? I just wouldn't be able to handle it. I like May-September though, so it gets a D+ from me.

Back when I got the data those were the numbers on Wikipedia at the time (I believed it because due to the city's location those temperatures are possible lol) but I see they got more reliable data now.
