C- mostly because summers are too short and cool. Need to add about 5C/10F to each month May-Sep. Also while the sunshine numbers are not listed, I'd be surprised if the total annual sunshine exceeded 1700 hours (Amsterdam has 1600). That is way too little sunshine.

A. Temperatures are actually pretty similar to where I live now, though a little cooler. I'd give it an A+ with just slightly cooler temps in the summer.
