D-, mainly because it's too dry and I absolutely hate all the static electricity in the air, I'm always getting zapped. Temperature wise a little too hot in summer but I hate the dryness the most. Lived there for a year and saw 1 snowstorm and a few rainy days but the rest were just bone dry.
To me the pacific northwest has the ideal climate, that should tell you why I hate Vegas weather.

When I was in Vegas in early June it was pretty damn hot, even for early summer. Daytime highs ranged from the high thirties to the low forties. I spent all day walking along the strip and in the casinos in 40+C heat and because of the very low humidity it actually wasn't all that bad. I'd feel worse walking in 33C heat in Singapore with the stifling humidity. One night the power went out at the motel we were staying at and without air-con the mercury went up real fast. It was about midnight and probably at least 30C/86F.
I gave it a C. Too hot for about half the year, but the rest of the time quite nice. Abundant sunshine but also a bit boring.
Very hot and dry during the afternoons and cool to cold at nights. Arriving at JMC airport - from a cloudy, foggy and moist SD - was a big shock indeed! 21C in SD and 40C in LV - difference of nearly 20C!
F. I am becoming less tolerant of these climates so I give an automatic F for any.
