100+ seems pretty like cool weather, pun intended. Although, Dallol is very humid too so that 105 seems more like 115. Stand in the sun and that's 150 right there LOL. Pretty crazy weather though and I'm ALL about crazy weather.

Absoultely unlivable. I would rather live in Oymyakon than in Dallol.

Default Rate the Climate:Dallol, Ethiopia

Dallol, Ethiopia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One of the most hellish climates on earth.
Not only is there neverending heat, but there is also high humidity.

As much as I love warm weather, this is difficult to rate.

I actually have experienced such conditions (31C/40C) in Delhi and it was really too hot, but nothing impossible to manage. Now that was for 3 days, not 365 days a year. It must get very tiring after a while (or maybe, on the contrary, one would eventually adapt). I'd still take Dallol over Reykjavik or Scotland, but I can't go much higher than a D+/C-. Since your scales include E, I'll vote D.
