Saw the fastest pitch dark ever : 10 minuntes after sunset. Due to the rain, and mountainous range.
More interesting note : that "fastest pitch dark" in my experience is actually experienced near summer solstice at 7 latitude south, so theoritically must be period of longest twilights (with clear enough skies of course)
