Days have gotten real short, it's pitch black by 7pm now

So today is only 11 hrs 28 mins long, while tonight is 12 hrs 29 mins long (sun up tomorrow is at 6:30 AM)

Here, although the sunrise is at 6:26, there's a big hill blocking the morning sun, plus the thick shade, so there's not a whole lot of light in the house to after 7 or so, even on clear mornings. We're getting twilight well past 9 pm though, which is pretty good for 34 degrees of latitude .
There's actually a place in eastern extreme of java in which civil dawn start before 4:30 at the earliest. latitude around 8-9 degrees south!
