That sunrise time is just insane. I'd love to go for a stroll at 4:30 am just to see what it's like to be in daylight and have it still be so early(I assume most ppl are still sleeping at this time?)
Here, although the sunrise is at 6:26, there's a big hill blocking the morning sun, plus the thick shade, so there's not a whole lot of light in the house to after 7 or so, even on clear mornings. We're getting twilight well past 9 pm though, which is pretty good for 34 degrees of latitude .
You can do that in the east Java highlands/mountains, only at 8 degrees south!. In Banyuwangi the earliest sunrise is 4:50, and slightly earlier near Ijen Crater due to prominence effect. With clear skies it would be bright at 4am or slightly earlier (mid to late November), civil dawn a few minutes before 4:30. Along with morning temps in the single digits C, it would feel like Scottish Highlands summer (minus the snow on the peak)
