I wouldn't mind a one hour shift in the clocks. Even half an hour would be nice.

Slowing way down. I think our sunrises are a bit late for a latitude. GMT should be used... This plus 1 business is too far east for here.

Unless you're waking up before 4:49 am I can't see the advantage of having earlier sunrises.

Yea but then again I would prefer to be on standard time as it is not natural being on this time.

Yea, some posters said something similar; that they want an "honest clock". But for myself, I don't see anything wrong with having solar noon at 1:30 pm. Can't figure why it matters unless your mornings are dark.
